 Asset Management Group was founded in 1952 as a development firm by Norman Chazin. In four decades, we built over 1,500 single-family homes and some 1,500 multi-family units as well as commercial and retail property in the Twin Cities area. Driven by the need for top-quality property management, we began offering professional real estate services in 1985. We made a practice of staying close to the customers' needs. This has spurred fast growth and a willingness to develop better, smarter programs and processes. Today, Thomas Chazin and AMG offer a broad variety of management and development services. AMG can provide everything from market surveys to accounting to efficient, cost-effective build-outs and remodeling.

Thomas Chazin - CEO


Tom Chazin has been involved in the management of residential, commercial and retail real estate since 1983. His past responsibilities have included overseeing the day to day

details of Asset Management Group's properties. His experience includes supervising site personnel, contracting capital improvements, major property rehabs, bidding on major ongoing property contracts and developing and acquiring new properties. Mr. Chazin has also been instrumental in the planning and construction of new apartments, townhomes, office and retail development. Mr. Chazins' latest responsibilities include involvement with property marketing and leasing activities, due diligence studies for acquisitions under consideration, and budget forecasting. In July of 1995, he was named CEO of Asset Management Group, Inc. He holds ownership interest in AMG, as well as some of the properties it manages. Mr. Chazin is an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association. He holds a Minnesota Real Estate Broker's license, and he is active in the Institute of Real Estate Management.

   

Jesse Lesicka


Jesse Lesicka began with AMG in 1980 as a maintenance technician. his responsibilities included the handling and completion of all maintenance requests for over 250 units.

He is currently the Maintenance Supervisor. He is responsible for education, training and preventive maintenance for over 1500 multi-family units, commercial and retail properties.

His extensive experience in all facets of plumbing, electrical, heating, A/C and general repairs has made him a valuable and integral part of the maintenance and management team at AMG.
