Tom Chazin has been involved in the
management of residential, commercial
and retail real estate since 1983. His
past responsibilities have included
overseeing the day to day details of
Asset Management Group's properties.
His experience includes supervising
site personnel, contracting capital
improvements, major property rehabs,
bidding on major ongoing property contracts,
developing and acquiring new properties.

the Maintenance Supervisor. He is
responsible for education, training
and preventive maintenance for over
1500 multi-family units, commercial
and retail properties.
